Sporty Sun Dress

. . . . .  Sporty knee length sun dress made of a seersucker plaid in the classic nautical color combo of Navy, Yellow, Slate blue & White.   The dual fabric overlapping bodice features a cross stitched sailboat, the sail colors echoing the colors of the plaid fabric.   A white monks cord tie with a bead and loop closure secures the bodice behind the neck.The dress has a full gathered skirt with crisp white cotton rickrack trimming the handstitched hem.  The skirt is accented by 2 large pockets which also feature cross stitch sailboats.   A crisp yellow monks cord belt ties at the waist.

Wool Felt Shrug with Sailors Collar

It can get chilly by the ocean, so Camile has her little shrug along with her, just in case!  The  shrug is made in dark navy blue wool felt . . .and is lined with the navy, white , blue and yellow plaid of her dress.  A  classic Sailors collar accented with metal stars adds to the nautical flavor of the ensemble.  A plaid belt anchored by metal starts adds interest to the back of the jacket.
