Sleeveless Sundress
 Bolero-Style Jacket
Open Crowned Picture Hat
Ice Cream Cone

This auction features an ever adorable Ann Estelle, off on a Sunday drive in the country. .
. . . . . the promise of a stop at Merrymead Farms keeping her filled with anticipation!
"This is THE VERY BEST ice cream in Montgomery County - but the question is. . . WHAT FLAVOR WILL I CHOOSE???!!!"
Still wearing her Sunday best, Ann Estelle looks down, and her mind is made up!!
It HAS to be Strawberry, Pistachio AND Grape Sherbet!

"But will Dad let me get 3 SCOOPS????"

Ann is wearing a perky, empire style sundress made of soft vintage white cotton fabric, sprinkled with pastel mini dots in a medley of ice cream colors! The bottom of the lightly gathered skirt is layered....each layer edged with a different colored jumbo rickrack...pink, green and pale lavender. The long skirt is further accented with two, pearl bead centered rickrack flowers ...one pink and one lavender. The lined bodice has a cental tuck, embellished with two mini rickrack flowers. The back of the bodice forms a V, and closes with back snap closures.

The dress is topped with a cropped bolero-style short sleeved jacket made of bright pink wool felt. The jacket has a crisp rounded collar, and cuffs...both made of the white dotted fabric.

On her head, Ann Estelle is wearing a wide brimmed hat with an open crown. It also is made of the white dotted fabric and is trimmed with a strip of pink felt to match her jacket. To highlight Ann's face, the hat brim is turned back and decorated with a dotted fabric bow and a lavender rickrack flower. The back of the hat features a small bow of pink felt.

Wow - Ann Estelle REALLY has great powers of persuasion! Her Dad finally gave in - three scoops it is!!    Her triple scoop cone is included. . . and my, look how it matches her dress!!
